VTG Top Stuff Pants Girls 8 Slim 21x24 Blue Corduroy Floral Embroidered Waist

This is a nice pair of vintage kids pants by Top Stuff. The buttonhole has been stitched/repaired. The legs/knees and butt area are faded/worn. The bottom hem of the legs is also worn. Please see the photos.
When laying flat, the waist measures 10.5 inches.
When flat, the hip area measures 14 inches.
The inseam (crotch to the bottom leg) measures 24 inches.
The rise (waist to crotch) is 8 inches.
The measurement at the bottom opening of the pants is 7 inches.
These pants are in nice vintage condition and come from a smoke-free home.
