    These are the most adorable pair of bloomers  -- fabric has a little stretch -- so great under a little dress or long shirt.  Vintage lace with little rosette details -- very good wearable condition.  Total length is 8 inches including the 2 inch lace.  Waist measured flat and doubled is 14.
