Vintage Albert Fifth Avenue NY Child Pants Button Straps Size 4 Jodphur Style

vintage pair of child's navy blue pants with tag that reads Albert Fifth Avenue New York
no material tag but feels sturdy like cotton or a cotton blend and has look of twill if you look closely
the hips are wider giving these almost the appearance of jodphurs
the home these came from only had one child born in 1955 but I am unable to date these with confidence
attached crisscross straps button in the front
side button openings
the buttons need reinforcing with thread to stay attached so please be aware and cautious,  and one hem is missing maybe 5 stitches-I have just moved and haven't located my sewing kit or I would've fixed so apologies on that
2 front slant pockets with decorative fold over flap and button
button close waist that has some elastic in the back
inside there is a extra piece of material in the front crotch area
no stains, but one quarter inch hole plus a slit on inside left leg below knee
back of legs have extra reinforced stitching maybe just decorative I don't know
may be missing some stitching that could easily be replaced
measurements are as it was buttoned laying flat on table
I machine washed and dried these prior to listing, sometimes some areas appear lighter possibly just due to age and they are a true navy despite the flash making them appear different in a couple photos
I used the marker (not included) to prop up the tag for the photo, straps would need ironing to stay flat and one pocket flap is folded over
some threads could be cut closer to material, some excess in button holes
